Does Technology Skills offer a money-back guarantee?
YES. Technology Skills offers a money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your online course or computer-based training. For a full refund on e-learning, you may not have completed more than half of the course, and you must contact the company within 14 days from the date of your purchase. Courses sold on CD or DVD may only be returned if in the original, shrink-wrapped packaging. To return a disk, please contact the company for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Customers are responsible for return shipping fees or packages lost in shipment.

Why are most of your courses only available online?
By delivering a course online, we are able to save customers the cost of packaging and shipping. E-learning also allows us to track the usage of a course, and to provide a certificate of completion when a course is successfully finished.

How long will it take to activate my account and begin training?
Online courses are typically activated within one business day. However, if you need to begin a course immediately, we recommend that you call our toll free number, 866.355.1746 and speak to one of our representatives. Delivery time for courses on disk will depend on location and shipping method.

May I share the courses with other employees or friends?
If you have purchased a course as an individual, the course is licensed for one user only. For multiple users, please review the next section or click on Licensing Solutions in the navigation bar above.

Does Technology Skills offer multi-user licensing options?
Yes. If you are interested in multi-user concurrent licensing, have a learning lab, or plan to install the course(s) on one machine with the intent of offering them to more than one student, please call us for a price quote.

May my company use a Purchase Order to buy training?
On licenses with a value of more than $500, the company will accept a Purchase Order upon approval of a credit application.

May I purchase the Simulations or Test Preps alone?
Simulations and Test Preps are priced as a single course, and may be purchased separately from any specific course(s).

What should I do if I cannot find a course in your catalog that I want?
CALL OUR TOLL FREE NUMBER! 866-355-1746. As Technology Skills represents content from multiple vendors, new courses are released continuously. And there may be a delay until the new content is uploaded to our web site. Conversely, training for older software may no longer be displayed, but is still available.

May I take a course again or review parts of a course after I have already completed it?
Your one-year license to a course gives you unlimited access. At any time, you may take a course in its entirety, or review any part of a course, even if you have already completed it.

Will I receive a certificate after I complete a course?
Yes, you can print a Certificate of Completion directly from your computer upon successfully finishing a course. To successfully complete a course, you must achieve a combined average score of 70% or higher on the assessments at the end of each chapter and at the end of the course.

Is online mentoring available?
Mentor support is available for most Information Technology and Desktop courses which map to a vendor certification.

If I am new to Information Technology, which certifications are recommended?
